Connel was nominated by Mr Randall and Mrs Harrild who said: “At the end of break on Monday, Connell witnessed his friend have a serious accident. When Connell realised the severity of the injury, he calmly called me over for help. He supported Jasper, helping him get to first aid from the patio by quickly moving students out of the way in the changeover between break times. Throughout what was a very distressing situation he remained very calm and caring. The determination he showed to support his friend was exceptional and without Connell’s help I’m not sure I would have remained so calm myself.” Mr Randall
“Connell offered such great support to his friend after a serious accident. When Connell realised his friend was seriously injured, he went to get Mr Randall and helped him get to First Aid quickly. Connell was very calm and caring.” Mrs Harrild
