Year 12’s Mini Adventure

Year 12 students studying A Level Business Studies were invited to York St John Business School on 4th November 2015 to present a Marketing brief for the new Mini Clubman.  Students worked in teams and presented their pitches to a group of Marketing experts and senior leaders from York St John University, Mini UK and Hotel du Vin. 15 teams from schools and sixth form colleges across the North of England took part and Richmond Sixth form took a very well deserved third place. The competition was extremely tough and Richmond students pitched well, coming up with creative ideas for promoting the new Mini product. Students also had the opportunity to have a tour round the university and meet lecturers from the Business School to discuss the degree courses available.
