YEAR 10 GCSE PE SPORT LEADERS EXCEL AT PRIMARY MULTI-SKILLS EVENT

Congratulations to the 40 Year 10 students studying GCSE PE who have started their journey as sports leaders. The students received training prior to the event and then put this to the test by leading at a Key Stage 1 multi-skills festival. The leaders took charge of approximately 300 primary pupils aged between 4-7 from 10 of our local Primary Schools. They coached them in a range of running, jumping and throwing multi-skill activities. The leaders received a lot of positive feedback which will give them confidence.
