TOM WINS COACHES’ PLAYER OF THE YEAR FOR BORO RANGERS
Tom Simpson, Year 8 student, is one of the school’s many talented and hard working footballers. He puts a great deal of time and effort into training, travelling and playing, supported by his family. This season he has achieved particular success with his team Boro Rangers.
His team won the Teesside League’s First Division this year and because they also won the competition last year, they qualified to play in the prestigious ACES Nationals Tournament 2024, playing against high level teams who have won leagues from all over the country.
Because of Tom’s performances and contribution to the team throughout the season, he recently won the Coaches’ Player of the Year award – see photo – a brilliant achievement!
