THIRTEEN STUDENTS TO REPRESENT AREA AT CROSS COUNTRY

16 December 2022  |  Jill Lundberg  |  Posted in:

On a bright but bitterly cold day in December, 24 hardy students attended the area cross-country trials which were hosted at Northallerton School.

Mr Randall said: “It was fantastic to see every student show fantastic determination in their running and with 13 students across all year groups qualifying for the next round in the new year, it was a very successful day.”

Special mentions go to Wilf (Year 7), Matilda (Year 9) and Benedict (Year 12) who all won their respective races and to Tomas and Milly who qualified in the Year 9 races despite being in Year 8. The other qualifiers were Lexi and Aiden (Year 7), Isla (Year 9), Ellie and Henry (Year 10), Theo (Year 11 and Sue-rin and Maciej (Year 12).
