Supplying Personal Protective Equipment to medical staff

31 March 2020  |  Jill Lundberg  |  Posted in:

As the demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) increases for medical staff, we are pleased to support the teams at Darlington Memorial Hospital and the Quaker Lane Surgery in Richmond.  Miss Walker has supplied the Accident and Emergency Department at the Memorial Hospital with gloves and goggles from the Science department and Mr Braham arranged for goggles from the Design and Technology department for the Quaker Lane Surgery, which were kindly delivered by Mrs Harrild.

Jenna Potter, Headteacher, said: “We are so appreciative of the incredible work of all the NHS staff and those working in the care sector at this very challenging time.  Parents of many of our students are key workers on the front line in hospitals, surgeries and care homes in the area and we send them our very best wishes of support.”
