SERVICE CHILDREN’S AWARDS 2024 – HAVE YOUR SAY – VOTE FOR MR BIRDSALL!

20 February 2024  |  Sven Wardle  |  Posted in: , ,

Richmond School and Sixth Form College are proud of the links we have with the Services and the students who have joined us from Service families.

This year marks the inaugural Service Children Awards, shining a spotlight on the extraordinary achievements and contributions of Service Children and their dedicated supporters in North Yorkshire. The awards ceremony will be held at The Garden Rooms at Tennants, Leyburn in April.

Nominations are open NOW and there are a range of categories to vote for, some specifically for children, others for adults and organisations.

Angela Campbell, Service Children’s Champion, recently emailed the school and said, “Please could you encourage your school community to vote for the school and for your amazing Service Children’s Advocate, Mr. Birdsall. He deserves to be nominated as he has always been so willing to work with me and to put support in place for this important group of learners.”
