Kiplin Hall and Gardens, a museum and visitor attraction located between Richmond and Northallerton, is currently recruiting staff for their Tea Room.

The Tea Room often employ young people, many of whom have moved onto university this month. So they have new vacancies for students 16 and over. The team in the Tea Room are very friendly and provide full training to new starters. They also pay all of their staff the same rate of pay, regardless of age. Staff are also provided with food during shifts, as well as complimentary tickets to Kiplin Hall and Gardens for the year. Young staff have commented that having paid employment, with real-life skills, and a reference, enhanced their applications for university or work after education. The job may also appeal to parents/carers seeking work during school hours and shorter shifts may be available for those who need to be home for school runs as lunch time is their busiest period. Further details about the job vacancy can be found HERE.
