Liberty Noke left Richmond Sixth Form College in 2018 to pursue her passion for cookery. We are delighted to report that Liberty has just graduated with distinction from the prestigious Ashburton Chefs Academy, one of the UK’s top cookery schools.  Before heading to the Academy Liberty used to work at The Station.  Liberty said: “I honestly had the best time. I made every kind of dessert you could imagine and even a chocolate showpiece for my final exam. After college, I did some work experience at the Ritz. I enjoyed learning about the running of a large scale hotel in London.  “I am now working at Pennyhill Park for head pastry chef Sarah Frankland, who came second on the professional Bake Off and was named pastry chef of the year 2019. It's a really exciting position where I make afternoon teas, desserts for functions and even displays of desserts for special events. I am learning so much and look forward to where my career can take me”  Congratulations to Liberty.
