The Headteacher’s Values Award was presented to Izzy Walton, Year 13 student. Izzy was nominated by Mrs Collier who said:

“Izzy has just succeeded in passing her GCSE maths. This has been a long and tough uphill struggle for Izzy. She has shown commitment and resilience by never giving up, turning up to almost all her resit lessons, putting in hours of effort outside lessons and maintaining her focus on achieving her dreams.

“I am very proud of the way Izzy worked and am delighted that not only has she passed maths, but also been offered a place at university to study dance (her other favourite subject)”
