Caroline Scott Hall
Title: Parent Governor
Term Of Office: 5 September 2022 to 4 September 2026
Biography
I'm a Parent Governor with 4 children currently in school and two older children who have recently left Richmond School and gone on to university.
I have had many years of contact with Richmond School, having taught here (briefly) as an English teacher many years ago, then serving as a governor until 2019. After leaving teaching, I examined GCSE English Literature and Language papers until 2018 and taught privately until 2019.
After returning to education to study law, I continued teaching in the heritage conservation sector as a tutor and lecturer in the history and techniques of the built heritage and building conservation law, mainly working with young apprentices, volunteers and heritage professionals.
I remain passionate about enabling equal access to life-long learning, providing relevant education and personal development for all students, encouraging enjoyment in learning, and supporting teachers in the quality of their provision and outcomes.
