All of the girls showed fantastic determination and teamwork to play some truly brilliant football, maintaining their focus and intensity throughout all seven games.
The Year 7/8 girls finished in first place with a fantastic 19 points out of a total of 21, winning 6 games and drawing 1 and conceding only one goal in the entire tournament. Area Champions!
The Year 9/10 team finished 2nd on goal difference having won 5 games, drawn 1 and lost 1, scoring 13 goals and conceding 3. A really tough way to just miss out on 1st place but the girls should take real credit from the way they played. Area runners up – so close!”
