Fun-filled challenges and after-school clubs during National School Sport Week

18 June 2021  |  Jill Lundberg  |  Posted in:

Next week, we are running some fun and friendly five-a-side football competitions and diamond cricket competitions which we hope many of our students will enjoy taking part in.

All our students can get involved in the week-long celebrations during their PE lessons when they will have the chance to take part in virtual tutor competitions, earning points for their tutor groups. With a range of different activities available, the top scores from each event will be entered into a virtual tutor group competition to decide the overall winner.

In addition, we are also running some at-home challenges, which only take 60 seconds to complete and don’t require any special equipment and the top scores from each event will be entered in to a competition to decide the overall winners.

AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS

  • Monday 21st June – Year 9
  • Tuesday 22nd June – Year 7
  • Wednesday 23rd June – Year 8
  • Friday 25th June – Year 10

(Football will take place on the Dave Clark Arena and Cricket on the Astroturf. Boots and shin pads are needed for football).
