FORMER STUDENT SUPPORTS ATTENDANCE

15 December 2022  |  Jill Lundberg  |  Posted in: ,

We are looking forward to celebrating attendance at our Aiming High assemblies on Friday and are delighted that Luke Boston, a former student, is supporting this initiative.  Luke, co-owner of BSA Electrical in Richmond, has made a generous donation of £100 towards our attendance rewards to enable us to purchase a number of Amazon gift vouchers to recognise the amazing efforts with attendance this half term. Huge thanks to Luke for his support. You can find out more about Luke and how he maintains strong links with Richmond School and Sixth Form College by taking on students as apprentices here.

Tom Braham, Assistant Headteacher, said: “Attendance is a key priority for the school and we know that at times, regular attendance can be very difficult for some students. Honouring students who regularly attend school and celebrating their efforts is key to ensuring that they are recognised for their commitment to their attendance. With Luke’s support, we have been able to give out some tangible rewards for those students.”
