FANTASTIC FRENCH STUDY TRIP OPPORTUNITY FOR YEAR 7 AND 9 STUDENTS

We can’t wait to take our Year 7 and Year 9 students to Begard, near the market town of Guingamp, in Northern Brittany in June (Year 7s 18th -23rd and Year 9s 11th to 16th June). Our study visits are always really popular and give our students the chance to visit France and experience the French culture and immerse themselves in the French language. The price of £500 includes return travel from Richmond, insurance and accommodation, all activities and meals while at the centre, with travel by ferry and coach. The visit will give our young people a residential experience in France and an opportunity to use the French they have been learning here in school. The visit combines active use of French, outdoor activities and visits to places linked with the KS3 History courses. The final day of the visit will be spent at Disneyland Paris.
At this stage we are asking for a deposit of £150 as a sign of your interest and commitment to this visit. This will need paying by Friday 9th December 2022, via ParentPay at www.parentpay.co.uk. Please note deposits will not automatically guarantee you a place but will be refunded if we are over-subscribed. However, once allocated a place, the deposit is non-refundable unless a reserve takes the place. If you would like your child to take part in this visit please also respond to the consent email that has been sent to you through Evolve, again no later than Friday 9th December 2022.
