Connecting with nature
Our topic of the week is Mental Health Awareness week and we are looking forward to sharing lots of informative resources with our students. This year, the theme for the week is nature, which is so important for our mental health. During the long months of the pandemic, millions of us turned to nature, with research revealing that 45% of us reported that being in green spaces had been vital for our mental health. There is some valuable information on the Mental Health Foundation website and we look forward to sharing our own material later in the week.
