CLIMBING THE EQUIVALENT OF MOUNT EVEREST!

On Saturday, 24^th September, from 10am, North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service will be holding a charity ladder climb in Richmond Market Place. Richmond and other local fire fighters, along with Richmond Fire Cadets, will be raising funds for The Fire Fighters’ Charity, Yorkshire Air Ambulance and other local charities, by climbing the equivalent of Mount Everest – that’s an overall height of 8,849 metres in a day!
