Nature can play a huge role in protecting and supporting our mental health and we are pleased to share lots of simple ways to bring nature into your life each day. Mr Braham said: “Our topic of the week is Mental Health Awareness. The Mental Health Foundation have chosen ‘Nature’ as the theme – and after the recent pandemic, it’s a great message to share with students about getting outside, doing something that doesn’t involve screens and raising awareness of the impact nature and the environment can have on your mental health.”
