Are you a budding photographer? Here’s a great competition for you!
North Yorkshire Youth’s 2023 Calendar Photo Competition is now live. Last year, a stunning image of a blue tit by Cameron Smith, in Year 11, took pride of place as January’s opening shot of the calendar. It would be great if lots of our students went out into the countryside to take photographs of North Yorkshire to enter the competition. The theme is ‘A Year in North Yorkshire and the photographs can be landscapes, scenery or street photography – the only limitation is that there should not be any people featured.
The competition is open to students in Years 7 to 13, living in North Yorkshire. The closing date is not until 31st August so there’s plenty of time to select your favourite shot. For more information or to enter please contact Ian on: firstname.lastname@example.org
