Following the recent optional dress day, when all students and staff were invited to wear something blue and/or yellow, to represent the Ukrainian flag, and students could take part in a sponsored silence, we are delighted that £1,658 has been raised. Thank you to our new Year 10 student leaders for organising this event and to all the students and staff who have contributed to raising so much for the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal. A further £42 was raised from the raffling of an Easter egg, bringing the grand total to £1,700. Red Cross teams are working around the clock to get critical care to those who need it most, both in Ukraine and its bordering countries.
If anyone would like to donate to the appeal please do so here.
