Unit 3 – Customer Service in Travel and Tourism – assessed via a large piece of coursework and is delivered throughout Year 10, encompassing work experience. Year 10 placements must therefore be within the leisure and tourism industries to ensure evidence can be gained for the assignment.
Travel and tourism organisations rely on customers. Throughout this unit you will discover how important customers are, how businesses keep customers and attract new ones.
