Parent Forum

The aim of the Parent Forum is to develop relationships and communication between the School and parents. The Parent Forum is also about the School sharing with parents any plans for change in the future, curriculum information and local and national education initiatives that may affect students in the School.

 

All parents are welcome to attend Parent Forum meetings, which generally occur on a termly basis between 6.00 and 7.00 pm in our School Library.

We are keen to stress that the Parent Forum is not to a forum to discuss the progress of individual students, or particular issues that a child may be experiencing in School. Any matters of this nature can be addressed in the usual way with the group tutor or relevant member of senior staff.

This informal evening provides an opportunity for an open discussion and to share ideas.

Anybody wishing to submit agenda items should do so by e-mailing apledge@richmondschool.net at least three weeks before the date of the next meeting.
